Parking permits, for the duration of the lockdown, cannot be purchased in person and any required purchase will be delayed until after the lockdown has been lifted.  NPHC pay and display is still open and operating and any industry need for a long term permit will have to be deferred until after the lockdown has been lifted.

NPHC have stopped Armtrac patrolling independently and for the duration of the lockdown any person whose parking permit has expired will be permitted to park, subject to space, either the NPHC car park or Sandy Cove, where there is sufficient space.

ANY CAR THAT IS LEFT ON THE QUAYS WILL RECEIVE A PCN NO ARGUMENTS.
