Owing to the primary uses of the port, and the nature of the seagoing vessels that use it, NPHC advise against the use of SUP boards, kayaks and such like, within the Harbour walls but at times when necessary, it is requested that PWC users do not operate between the NE arm of the pontoon and the SW edge of the North Quay, and that if transiting out of the harbour, that they do so as close to the South quay as is practical.
