The controlling depth for navigating to the landing berths of the fish market is 2.0m at chart datum with the surrounding berths ranging from 1.5m to 3.0m at chart datum. The extremities of the larger spring tides in the area are 0.2m and 6.2m.
Newlyn Harbour is subject to periodic bathymetric surveys so we can ensure our users can navigate our waters safely and with easy access to the necessary information. The charted depths will be maintained and improved on where possible. Our latest survey was conducted in June 2024 and a scalable version can be found here
