The term ‘Harbour Dues’ encompasses vessel, passenger and goods dues, namely those charges associated with:
but not charges levied for the use of ancillary services or facilities at the harbour provided for such vessels, goods or passengers.
All dues are payable per day during which the vessel is within prescribed harbour limits, unless otherwise specified.
In this schedule, the charge is calculated from the time of arrival at either the berth or other assigned location. This includes vessels within harbour limits that are held in position by DP (Dynamic Positioning) or other such system.
In this schedule of charges:

1) Up to 15m, £1.50 per metre per month/£18 per metre per year
2) Over 15m, £2 per metre per month/£24 per metre per year
3) All vessels £2.20 per metre per day
For vessels under 15m LOA, subject to availability, Terms and Conditions apply.
The below charges are inclusive of Harbour Dues, waste and water charges, but exclusive of Landing, Cargo & Passenger Dues where applicable.

6) 10m finger, £1100 per year
7) 14m finger £1500 per year
Payable on arrival.

This rate will come into effect on the day Mousehole Harbour drop the blocks in and will cease on the day Mousehole Harbour lifts the blocks out, or 1st April (whichever is first). Outside of this time, the advertised pontoon visitors rate will be applied.

These berths will be allocated to commercial fishermen on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by NP&HC. Vessels intending to make use of this facility should notify NP&HC no later than 1st October.
The four hammerhead berths will be retained for winter visitors and emergency berthing. Wintering fishermen may use these berths but will be moved to accept emergency and visiting vessels when necessary.
For all types of fish, goods and passengers landed or taken onboard within the harbour limits:
13) 2.5% ad valorem on providing landing declaration within 30 days Or 14) £770 per tonne on late/undeclared landings/under-declared proportion of landings
15) £12.50 per certificated pax, per year
16) £1.80 per pallet/m3/tonne for bulk cargoes, by negotiation for other cargoes.
On prior application being made in writing to, or in the sole opinion of the Harbour Master, a vessel as to which the Harbour Master is satisfied –
i) That it is not in use for the purpose for which it is generally intended to be used or for any other commercial or revenue earning purpose; and
ii) That the arrangements made at the expense of the owners or charterers of the vessel for its safekeeping, the safety of navigation and of the harbour are sufficient; and
iii) Is moored at a position approved by the Harbour Master.
17) All vessels £1 per metre per day.

Provision of facilities for vessel-generated domestic and general waste only:

27) Waste that cannot be shredded e.g. footropes, wire rigging etc./hazardous waste/contaminated waste/overlanded waste/non-vessel waste etc. by arrangement at cost of disposal
28) Unauthorised use of waste reception facilities £100 + cost of disposal
For agreed operations/arranged storage only, includes but is not limited to items kept in NP&HC compounds or buildings, quayside repair work, trawl beams, nets, pots and any manner of fishing gear, fish pumps or auxiliary equipment, stores, fish bins, sacks etc.
Items left anywhere on the harbour estate without agreement may be removed and disposed of.

Minimum charge for pollution event clean-up. If exceeded, then full cost recovery will be implemented.

Permits are issued per vehicle, vehicle registration number required. Annual permits are issued for the period 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. A permit does not guarantee parking availability.
