London artist Morgan Penn is looking for and “Old and Weathered” character that he can use in one of his paintings.

Morgan Penn is a professional Portrait Painter working in oils for the past 27 years. His work is best known through the National Portrait Gallery, The Royal Society of Portrait Painters, The London Mall Galleries and he is proud to be part of the National Archive.
