Further to the notice issued on 27^th June 2013, mariners are advised that the sediment sampling and video survey within the following coordinates at the northern end of the Wave Hub site has now been completed:

 50 22.3′ N            5 37.4′W

 50 22.8′N             5 37.6′W

 50 23.0′N             5 36.1′W

 50 22.5′N              5 36.0′W

Work has been suspended on the cable route until a suitable weather window to continue has been identified.    

A further notice will be issued as soon as plans are in place to resume survey activities. 

This survey work consists of

1. Depth of burial survey of the charted export cable route between the Wave Hub (50 20.8’N  5 37.2’W) and the landfall off Harveys Towans, Hayle.  Further details of the cable coordinates can be obtained by contacting the Wave Hub office.

When activities re-commence please note that the survey vessel may be restricted in her ability to manoeuvre when operating with an ROV.
