New Harbour Commissioner Sought

Newlyn Pier & Harbour Commissioners are currently seeking to appoint a new additional Commissioner for an initial period of one year.  The Board of Commissioners are particularly interested to hear from anyone who has experience or an interest in environmental matters, the harbour and Newlyn.  The closing date for the submission of expressions of interest is 31 March 2017 and further details on how to apply can be found on the Vacancies page on the website.

Postponement of Board Meeting

Due to operational reasons the Board meeting due to be held this Wednesday 2 November 2016 has been postponed until 16 November commencing at 9.00 a.m. in the Newlyn Centre.

There will be no change to the previously published agenda.

Advisory Board Meeting Cancelled

With the agreement of the Chairman of the Advisory Board it had been decided to cancel this week’s scheduled meeting as the meeting would not be quorate.  The next meeting is due to be held at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday 7 December 2016.
